Portal Usage

KIEPL Portal is developed only for official company use. Authorized users such as Admin, HR, Site Incharge, Supervisor and Employee can access their respective dashboard according to permission and assigned role.

Login Credentials

Every user is responsible for keeping their login ID and password secure. Sharing login details with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity must be immediately reported to the HR/Admin team.

Employee Data Privacy

The portal may contain employee information such as attendance, payment, allowance, equipment issue records, bonus, leave, food allowance and other official records. Users must not misuse, copy, download or share this data outside official company work.

Attendance & CLMS Records

• Attendance must be entered correctly and honestly.
• CLMS attendance records must match actual site attendance.
• Wrong entry or duplicate entry must be reported immediately.
• False attendance entry may result in disciplinary action.

Payment & Allowance Records

Payment, allowance, bonus, leave and deduction records are subject to company verification and approval. Users must ensure that payment related information is viewed and handled only for official work.

Store Equipment Records

Safety items, tools, equipment or store material issued through the portal must be properly recorded. Issuer and receiver are responsible for correct entry, verification and proper use of issued material.

Role Based Access

Each user can access only the information assigned to their role. Admin, HR, Site Incharge, Supervisor and Employee dashboards may have different permissions, views and controls. Users must not attempt to access unauthorized sections.

Unauthorized Access

Unauthorized access, fake entries, data manipulation, password sharing or misuse of the portal may result in disciplinary action as per company policy. KIEPL reserves the right to review portal activity for security and compliance.

Technical Availability

Temporary downtime may happen due to maintenance, internet issue, server issue, browser issue or technical updates. KIEPL will try to keep the portal secure and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed at all times.

Data Accuracy

All data entered in the portal must be accurate and verified. If any wrong data is found, the responsible user must inform the concerned department immediately for correction.

Company Policy Compliance

Users must follow company rules, site instructions, safety guidelines and administrative instructions while using the portal. Portal data should be used only for operational, administrative and compliance purposes.
